Our Mission
We believe that the quality of grain and fermentation of doughs makes for the best possible bread. All of our breads and pastries are made with organic grains, which means they are regionally sourced and made fresh in small ready to serve batches. Taos, a high altitude desert is home to many farmers who grow their own organic produce, and in support of their hard work during the harvesting season we source all our product from them. Our rotating pastry menu highlights what each season has to offer and explores the delicious pastry possibilities from around the world.
